We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join our laboratory team. This role involves performing a wide range of laboratory tests, from waived to high complexity, and interpreting results to support accurate diagnosis and patient care
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform waived, moderate, and high-complexity testing on patient specimens.Interpret, verify, and report test results with accuracy and efficiency.Conduct quality control procedures and document findings.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including out-of-control situations.Maintain and document instrument maintenance and reagent preparation.Train and mentor students, new employees, and medical residents.Adapt to fluctuating workloads and prioritize tasks effectively.QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology.Certification by ASCP or AMT (required).Must be willing and able to work in Blood Bank.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Why Join Us?Stable full-time schedule providing a 4x10 scheduleComprehensive benefits package.Supportive team environment with opportunities for professional growth.Meaningful work that directly impacts patient care.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.25 - $43.00/hr.
