Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Medical Support Assistant (MSA), you will serve as a vital first point of contact, ensuring seamless patient flow and administrative efficiency within our healthcare setting. You will uphold exceptional service standards by managing patient interactions and supporting operational needs.
Every day you will expertly manage patient scheduling, registration, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. You will handle communications, coordinate referrals, process billing, and maintain a welcoming and organized environment, directly contributing to a positive patient experience and efficient clinic operations.
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong organizational and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in medical administrative procedures and relevant software. You will demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all patient interactions, contributing actively to a supportive team environment.
