As Medical Science Liaison – Oncology within our Specialty Care team, you'll serve as the scientific bridge between our breakthrough oncology treatments and leading healthcare professionals, driving real-world evidence and clinical excellence in multiple myeloma. Ready to get started?
Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you'll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. As part of our oncology team, you'll be at the forefront of advancing multiple myeloma care, working directly with leading KOLs and clinical experts to bring life-changing treatments to patients across the Gulf region.

Main responsibilities:
Build and maintain strategic scientific relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical experts in oncology, particularly multiple myelomaCollaborate with Medical Affairs and clinical teams to coordinate real-world evidence studies and Phase IV clinical projectsProvide accurate, balanced, and timely scientific information to healthcare professionals and decision-makers about our oncology portfolioSupport commercial teams as a product expert, addressing clinical questions and handling scientific objectionsActively participate in key medical conferences, gather competitive intelligence, and represent Sanofi at scientific eventsContribute strategic insights from the field to inform product and therapy area decisionsEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements, adverse event reporting, and risk management protocolsAbout you
Education: University degree in life sciences; advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) strongly preferredExperience: Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical industry experience with at least 1 year in Medical Affairs; proven experience in oncology and multiple myeloma is essential; experience working in competitive markets and launching new indicationsSoft and technical skills: Strong scientific communication skills across all management levels; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams; business acumen and strategic thinking; self-motivated with excellent relationship-building capabilitiesLanguages: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)Other: Willingness to travel 30-40% within GCC region; knowledge of GCP and clinical research methodologyWhy choose us?
