As part of The Binding Site at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will be working for global leader in speciality diagnostics. We provide innovative diagnostic assays and instruments that improve the diagnosis and management of blood cancers and immune system disorders.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the main scientific point of contact for internal and external collaborators.
Foster and maintain relationships with key individuals in the healthcare sector.
Provide scientific and technical support for product development and marketing initiatives.
Deliver scientific presentations and publish research findings.
Lead sophisticated projects within a matrix organization, ensuring flawless execution.
Monitor and evaluate the clinical performance of IVD devices adhering to CLSI guidelines.
Requirements:
A BSc in Immunology, Biochemistry, or a related subject area is necessary.
A PhD in Biochemistry, Immunology, or a relevant field (or equivalent experience) is highly desirable.
Minimum 5 years’ successful professional experience in academic research, laboratory, pharma, or medical device industry.
Clinical laboratory experience and familiarity with immunoassay analyzers strongly preferred.
Proven experience in scientific publishing and presentations.
Strong organizational, project management, and scientific writing skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Full proficiency in English and fluent in one of the following languages: Danish, Norwegian or/and Swedish
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suites.
Work Environment:
Full clean driving license.
Valid passport required.
Travel up to 100% each week, including occasional weekends, primarily regional Nordics with some international travel.
