Description We are looking for a dedicated Medical Scheduler to join our team on a part-time basis in Mahopac, New York. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and scheduling operations. Responsibilities: • Monitor group text communication channels to address scheduling changes and evolving priorities in real-time. • Utilize tools like Outlook and Pipedrive to organize schedules, meetings, and task assignments effectively. • Act as the central point of communication for internal teams, ensuring alignment with schedule updates. • Make adjustments to schedules promptly to accommodate shifting priorities and demands. • Maintain accurate records of schedules and updates to ensure seamless operations. • Coordinate with team members to ensure availability and proper scheduling. • Support internal communication by relaying updates and changes to relevant stakeholders. • Assist in streamlining scheduling processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Provide timely updates and reports on scheduling activities as needed. Requirements • Proven experience in scheduling or coordination roles, preferably in a medical or administrative setting. • Strong proficiency with tools such as Outlook and Pipedrive. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances. • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills. • Familiarity with group text communication platforms is a plus. • Availability to work part-time hours, Monday through Friday. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
