Requirements + Minimum of 1 year of experience in medical scheduling or a similar role. + Strong familiarity with healthcare scheduling software and systems. + Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Attention to detail and accuracy in handling patient information and schedules. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) preferred. + High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare-related certifications are a plus.
