Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized to join our team on a contract basis in Santa Maria, California. This is an on-site position that requires strong communication and calendar management. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols. • Manage referrals, including verifying required documentation and following up as needed. • Answer and return calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing assistance. • Facilitate the collection and transfer of records between departments and external providers. • Work closely with the infusion area to align schedules. • Collaborate with team members to resolve scheduling conflicts. • Provide exceptional customer service. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or a similar role. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing schedules and records. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word. • Experience with handling inbound calls and providing customer service.
