Our Interventional Cardiology practice is looking for a Medical Scheduler. Job Details Scheduler Responsibilities: + Obtains accurate information regarding the scheduling of patients for SFH operating rooms through telephone, fax and computer with Physician offices. + Ensures all Managed Care requirements are met at the time of scheduling and pre-certifications are obtained prior to admissions/procedures. + Obtains, completes, and follows- up on all pertinent information required to schedule patients. Scheduler Requirements: + HS Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. + 3 years of Hospital/Physician office scheduling experience. + Must have excellent problem solving skills, proficient in medical terminology and of OR operations. Salary Range USD $23.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
