Medical Sales Representative
**About the role** We are recruiting Medical Sales Representatives to support a new primary care engagement project in Hungary, focused on improving the understanding and management of obesity as a chronic disease. This is a field-based role where you will work directly with General Practitioners, delivering high-quality scientific engagement that supports better clinical decision-making. Success is driven by the quality of your interactions, credibility and engagement, rather than traditional sales targets. **What you’ll be doing** You will act as a trusted partner to clinicians, combining strong relationship management with confident scientific discussion. Your responsibilities will include: + Building and maintaining relationships with General Practitioners across your territory + Delivering high-quality, compliant scientific discussions + Educating clinicians on obesity as a chronic disease and associated comorbidities + Communicating clinical data, treatment value and appropriate use of therapies + Demonstrating a clear ability to connect **drug knowledge with the wider disease landscape and patient journey** + Managing daily activity, identifying new target clinicians and maintaining consistent engagement + Organising and supporting peer-to-peer discussions and small group meetings + Capturing insights and maintaining accurate CRM reporting **What you bring** This role requires both scientific confidence and strong field execution.
