As a Medical Representative, you will engage with healthcare professionals to share scientific knowledge and support patient care. Responsibilities - Conduct professional visits and discussions with healthcare professionals in your assigned territory. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to optimize their experience. - Stay updated on medical knowledge and apply it effectively in daily interactions. - Collect and report customer insights, including treatment practices and product usage, accurately and on time. - Plan and execute academic activities aligned with business strategies. - Ensure all activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and local regulations. Qualifications/Skills Basic: - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, biology, or a related field. - At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in pharmaceutical sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collect and analyze information effectively. - Proficiency in basic computer applications like Word and Excel. - Basic English reading and communication skills. - Enthusiastic, optimistic, and patient-focused. Preferred: - Experience in academic promotion or pharmaceutical sales. - Analytical and business planning skills. - Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a team. - Familiarity with digital tools and systems for customer engagement. - On-site role requiring travel within the assigned territory.
