Description
We are looking for a skilled Medical Recruiter to join our team in Vista, California. In this Contract-to-ongoing position, you will play a vital role in managing the recruitment process and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the healthcare industry through strategic recruitment and employee management.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including job postings, career fairs, pre-screening, interviews, and background checks.
• Oversee the onboarding process by entering new hires into internal systems and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, ensuring accurate documentation and data analysis.
• Conduct employment verifications and background checks to maintain high hiring standards.
• Coordinate performance appraisals, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation of merit increases.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, providing clear guidance and support.
• Collaborate with payroll teams to manage HR functions efficiently and ensure seamless operations.
• Develop HR training programs and deliver them effectively to enhance organizational knowledge.
• Create, analyze, and distribute surveys and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements • Proven experience in recruitment and HR functions, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in HR systems, such as ADP, ERP, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong knowledge of background checks, employee verification, and benefit functions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and career platforms, such as CareerBuilder.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cold calling and candidate outreach.
• Ability to analyze and interpret HR data for reporting and compliance purposes.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling administrative tasks. TalentMatch®
