Key Responsibilities
Patient Greeting & Check-In: Welcoming patients, verifying identity, and registering new patients.Scheduling & Coordination: Managing appointments, rescheduling cancellations, and optimizing provider time.Insurance & Billing: Verifying insurance eligibility and collecting co-pays or balances.Administrative Support: Answering phone calls, managing mail, filing, and maintaining office inventory.Records Management: Updating patient demographics and medical records in electronic health records (EHR) systems.Maintaining Environment: Keeping the reception area clean and adhering to HIPAA compliance standards.Skills

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
