Medical Receptionist / Scheduler
Join Our Team as a Medical Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator Are you a customer-focused professional with a background in medical or insurance-related services? We're looking for a dedicated team member to work onsite and play a vital role in supporting patients and ensuring smooth clinical operations. Key Responsibilities + Handle incoming calls and assist patients with insurance coverage, eligibility, and cost estimates + Coordinate clinical staff schedules to support daily operations + Verify insurance details and obtain authorizations and referrals + Organize and maintain medical records and customer orders + Manage patient check-in/check-out processes + ️ Prepare documentation for imaging procedures EHiring Timeline + Interviews Expected: Week of August 25 + Start Date: Approximately 1–2 weeks after interview xIdeal Candidate + Experience in medical or insurance-related customer service + Strong multitasking and organizational skills + Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented perience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
