Medical Receptionist – Saginaw, MI Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Paid Holidays • Great Benefits • Supportive Team Environment We’re seeking a compassionate and detail‑oriented Medical Receptionist to join our Saginaw office. This role supports patients, referral sources, and clinical partners by ensuring smooth, accurate, and friendly communication regarding home medical equipment and related services. Key Responsibilities + Receive and process orders via phone or fax while providing exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers. + Gather and enter complete, accurate patient information into the system. + Verify insurance coverage and secure prior authorizations, with frequent interaction involving: + Medicaid plans + Medicare + Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) + Blue Care Network + United Healthcare + The VA + Process and track orders using our internal computer systems. + Obtain required prescriptions for dispensing home medical equipment. + Maintain strong relationships with referral sources, demonstrating professionalism and timely communication. + Customer Service focused What We’re Looking For + Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced medical office environment + Customer service mindset with a helpful, patient‑focused attitude Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saginaw, MI.
