Day to Day:

Greet patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls with exceptional customer serviceSchedule, confirm, cancel, and adjust appointments to support efficient provider workflowsAccurately enter, update, and manage patient information within EMR and scheduling systemsCoordinate daily provider schedules to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal wait timesAssist with prior authorizations, referrals, and other medical/dental administrative processesMaintain patient confidentiality and ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulationsCommunicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff to address patient needsSupport general front‑desk, clerical, and office operations as neededRequired Qualifications

1–2 years of experience as a medical, dental, or healthcare receptionist

Experience with EMR systems and appointment scheduling softwareFamiliarity with prior authorizations and insurance‑related tasksStrong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skillsAbility to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to patient privacy, accuracy, and professionalismHigh school diploma or equivalentSchedule

This is a full‑time (40 hours/week) position in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused healthcare practice.

Office Hours:

Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Some Sunday availability is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
