Day to Day:
Greet patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude
+ Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls with exceptional customer service
+ Schedule, confirm, cancel, and adjust appointments to support efficient provider workflows
+ Accurately enter, update, and manage patient information within EMR and scheduling systems
+ Coordinate daily provider schedules to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal wait times
+ Assist with prior authorizations, referrals, and other medical/dental administrative processes
+ Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations
+ Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative staff to address patient needs
+ Support general front‑desk, clerical, and office operations as needed
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as a medical, dental, or healthcare receptionist
+ Experience with EMR systems and appointment scheduling software
+ Familiarity with prior authorizations and insurance‑related tasks
+ Strong data entry, organizational, and multitasking skills
+ Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast‑paced environment
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Commitment to patient privacy, accuracy, and professionalism
+ High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
This is a full‑time (40 hours/week) position in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused healthcare practice.
Office Hours:
+ Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
+ Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
+ Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Some Sunday availability is required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
