What You’ll Do:

Welcome patients and support front desk operations (check-in/out, scheduling)Verify insurance and obtain prior authorizations Manage referrals and maintain accurate records Collect copays and process paymentsAssist with billing, administrative tasks, and daily clinic flow

What You Bring:

Prior medical front office experience Experience with insurance verification/authorizationsStrong organization, attention to detail, and a patient-friendly approach

 

 

Responsibilities Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone. Answers or refers inquiriesReceives referrals and understands type of insurance benefits availableVerifies insurances and obtains authorization from insurance companiesSchedules patient appointmentsRegisters patients; checks patients in and outCollects copays at the time of each appointment and follows procedures for co-payment depositsPerforms credit card transactionsMaintains patient account balancesWorks with electronic medical recordsFiles, Faxes, and Scans documentsManages and orders office suppliesCompletes billing and payroll data entrySchedules breaks and lunches with Aides to ensure front office is coveredCompletes clinic opening and closing duties, as required

Qualifications High School diploma or GEDPrior administrative experience in a health care environment is preferredPossesses  excellent interpersonal communication skillsPresents professional attitude, appearance  and beyond stellar customer service skills and use of judgmentIs detail oriented, organized and has strong data-entry skills About our Line of Business Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
