Medical Receptionist
Job Description Our pediatric practice client is seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with families, and can manage multiple responsibilities with accuracy and care. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage appointments efficiently. - Accurately verify patient insurance coverage prior to visits (experience required). - Greet patients, answer phones, and handle inquiries in a courteous manner. - Manage check-ins, paperwork, and phone calls simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. - Assist with patient records and other office tasks as needed.
