Location: Local clinic in Roseville, CA Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with potential to stay until 8–9 PM based on patient needs) Dress Code: Scrubs About the Role Our client is seeking a Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join their close-knit team at a family-owned medical clinic. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is enthusiastic about providing excellent patient care and support. Key Responsibilities + Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally + Schedule appointments in person and over the phone + Verify insurance and handle authorization calls + Assist with billing follow-up and referral intake + Perform insurance verification and manage patient records + Collaborate with a front desk team of 3–4 people in an open lobby setting + Be flexible with scheduling and willing to work overtime when needed Preferred Qualifications + Previous experience as a healthcare receptionist + Familiarity with medical terminology and billing codes + Experience with insurance verification and referral intake + Strong initiative and ability to work independently Employee Value Proposition Join a team that values flexibility, teamwork, and a fun, supportive culture. More than 5 absences within 90 days may result in a warning; 7 may lead to termination. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
