The medical provider management officer - data excellence team will be responsible for providing office based administrative support to the global medical provider management team and to support on a variety of tasks.

What you do Ownership for provider data, ensuring data accuracy which provides the basis for sound business decisions. Liaising with department staff and managers. Managing and reviewing both electronic and paper filing. Responding to requests from external and internal clients through email within the agreed SLA in a professional, courteous manner. Collaborating in ad hoc projects. Manage support requests from the business, producing reports and information to assist in the tender process and sales initiatives. Working across departments to resolve provider related service issues, owning and managing issues to closure. Provide support to the department on other activities when required. What you bring 1-2 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Able to use a range of standard (Microsoft Office Suite) and non-standard IT applications to support and enhance the work. Oral and written fluency in English. Ability to work under pressure and autonomously. Demonstrated ability to prioritise and follow up. Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Flexible and efficient. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload. Logical thinking mindset and ability to problem solve. Results driven and strategic thinker. Discretion and confidentiality. What we offer
