Baylor Scott and White Health is seeking an experienced BC/BE Medical Podiatrist to join our outstanding Podiatry program at our Baylor Scott and White Clinic - Brenham Clinic in Brenham, TX. The ideal Medical Podiatry candidate is a hard-working, team player with a favorable work and/or training history in the non-surgical management of the foot and ankle.  Candidates should be able to independently administer and interpret routine and special diagnostic tests in an expedient and professional manner.  Candidates should also be able to effectively collaborate with referring physicians, agencies and other professionals to provide optimum care for each patient.

Baylor Scott and White – Brenham is comprised of a thriving community hospital and emergency department as well as five multi-specialty clinics throughout Brenham and Hempstead.

All Baylor Scott and White podiatrists are board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) or the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) and are members of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) and the Texas Podiatric Medical Association (TPMA).

The Opportunity:

·         Will work closely with an experienced surgical podiatrist within the same clinic hallway.

·         Will collaborate with a robust team of over 40 physicians, surgeons, and APPs.

·         Will have access to services in 29 medical specialties throughout the entire Brenham/College Station Region.

·         Open to new graduates.

·         Academic affiliation exists.

·         Resident assistance/teaching for surgery.

·         Large, rapidly growing tertiary referral practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Qualifications:

Doctorate Degree in Podiatry

Licensed to Practice Podiatry in the state of Texas

Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery (ABPS) or the American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM).
