We are looking for a Medical Solution Lead Rare (m/w/d) who is science-driven, collaborative, and patient-focused to join us in our Medical Rare & Epilepsy Team, based in Monheim, Germany.

As Medical Manager Rare, you will translate global and European strategies into impactful local Medical Solutions ensuring Scientific Excellence, Compliance, and meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals and stakeholders. 

 

Who you’ll work with 

You will work closely with the Medical Lead Rare, the Head of Medical Rare & Neurology, and cross-functional teams including Field Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Patient Affairs, Regulatory, Compliance, and Pharmacovigilance, You will also collaborate with EU/Global teams and external partners, and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, international environment. 

 

Your Impact 

Act as the medical-scientific Expert for assigned indications and products Localize and implement global/EU medical strategies and materials Ensure scientific integrity and compliance of all activities and materials Build and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations Drive scientific exchange through Advisory Boards, Symposia, and Medical Education Support Evidence Generation and contribute to Publication Planning Design and deliver training for internal and external stakeholders Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches and lifecycle management 

 

 Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education,     experience and skills 

Medical or scientific degree; advanced degree preferred 3+ years clinical experience, ideally in Rare Diseases or Neurology Medical Affairs and Pharma Industry experience desirable Curiosity, adaptability, and a patient-centric mindset Strong team player; effective in matrix organizationsDigital and omnichannel engagement skills Integrity, compliance focus, and patient-centric approach Resilient, adaptable, and results-oriented Creative, open to change, and innovative Project and stakeholder management experience Knowledge of AMG, HWG, FSA Code Excellent communication skills; fluent in German and English
