The Immunology Medical Manager will participate to and execute the Medical and scientific, non-promotional, strategy for the Immunology portfolio/Upper Respiratory therapeutic area in close partnership with the other functional franchise leads and in alignment with the overall franchise strategy.

Main responsibilities:

Utilize strong business acumen, acting as a key strategic business partner to the organizationInitiate and drive projects to raise standards of care and change clinical practiceAbility to work independently with a solutions-oriented and balanced approach to ambiguityLead and drive rapid integrated evidence planning and execution through deep understanding of internal and external stakeholder evidence needs and robust data gaps analysisDeep therapy area expertise and product knowledge including competitor dataDrive strong collaborative relationships with commercial and cross-functional teams, including marketing, value & access, health economics, regulatory and clinicalCultivate and maintain relationships with external expertsDrive collaborative relationships with above-country colleagues to ensure the LATAM / Mexico involvement and strategic input into global and regional plansGood understanding of the impact and evolution of healthcare systemsLead creation and implementation of medical plansAbility to rapidly assimilate new data and integrate into new therapy areaCreate industry leading digital educational and scientific content that is timely, relevant, interactive and innovativeChampion the patient voice when developing and implementing medical strategiesDemonstrate strong leadership influencing across networks and by coaching and mentoring members of the team

About you

Experience: Demonstrated experience in a Medical Affairs Manager role in the pharmaceutical industry, with clinical experience and preferred specialization in Immunology, Respiratory, or AllergySoft skills:Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actions that align with business objectives.Ability to act independently with a solutions-oriented and balanced approach to the grey/ambiguous areasStrong communication skills, capable of driving challenging discussions while maintaining influence and adapting effectively to varied audiences.Effective collaboration with cross-functional teamsTechnical skills:Pharmaceutical Industry UnderstandingGood understanding of the continuum of data generation including clinical development, Real World Evidence (RWE) and data gaps analysisImplementation of true scientific engagement journeys to drive ongoing engagement and grow collaborative opportunities and meaningful scientific exchangeUse of Omnichannel tools and ability to adapt to new channelsEducation: Doctorate level education: MD or equivalent Medical degree preferred, PhD or PharmDLanguages: Proficient in English and Spanish.
