Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 2:00 PM -10:30 PM.

If you want to discover a career with greater purpose, join us as we transform and accelerate research and development.Job Summary:The Laboratory Technician performs routine laboratory analyses and supports day‑to‑day testing activities in alignment with SOPs and regulatory standards, ensuring accurate data generation, documentation, and timely communication with cross‑functional partners.What You’ll Be Doing:Perform and document analytical laboratory procedures in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelinesConduct routine data analysis and assess results for accuracy and expected performanceEscalate unusual findings or potential errors to senior laboratory staffPrepare and upload data analysis results to the LIMS system under guidanceSupport quality investigations, deviations, and process improvementsWhat We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficiency with routine laboratory techniques and equipmentWorking knowledge of GLP or other applicable regulatory standardsAbility to perform laboratory calculations including averages, means, standard deviations, and QC metricsOther Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeThe Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholdersCapability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized workflowsWhat We Offer You:We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,400.00 - $86,100.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
