Medical Lab Technician

Every day, nurses, physicians, and other medical workers rely on laboratory professionals to perform tests on body fluids and tissue samples, interpret the results and help provide a complete picture of a patient’s health. Without this precise and valuable information, medicine would simply be guesswork.

This position will rotate between multiple clinics - including Sartell, Southway and Northway. Occasional coverage of Clearwater and Cold Spring Labs.

Schedule:

Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks Monday- Friday | Rotating shifts between 6:45 a.m.-3:45 p.m. and 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. No weekends, no holidays!

Pay and Benefits:

Pay based on experience Earn extra pay for working evenings and weekends $10,000 Hiring Bonus or $15,000 Student Loan Repayment! $5,000 Relocation bonus (if applicable)! Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Associate degree from an accredited Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technician (CLT /  MLT) program or other qualifications as outlined by CLIA regulations ASCP-BOC certified within 6 months, with the first exam completed within 3 months of hire, with certification verified within six weeks of exam Transportation available for off campus laboratory related activities may be required A valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage may be required

 

To be eligible for the Hiring Bonus, Student Loan Repayment or Relocation Bonus you may not have worked for CentraCare in the past 9 months.  To be eligible for the relocation bonus, you must currently live 50 miles or more from facility and must move within 30 miles.
