You'll be the expert preparing and setting up diverse specimens for culture, ensuring every sample has the best chance to reveal its secrets.Quickly perform and interpret crucial antigen tests for conditions like Influenza, COVID-19, and RSV, providing essential information when time is of the essenceBe at the forefront of identifying infections by expertly setting up positive blood cultures and preparing them for further analysis.If you're a detail-oriented, independent worker with a passion for microbiology, come join our team and help us keep things running smoothly after hours!
Job Requirements
One year of experience as a Lab Assistant or Technician in a clinical laboratory preferred.AA degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, including a minimum of 36 semester units of physical or biological science from an accredited college or universityCA MLT license required. Current Los Angeles City fire card is required. (must obtain within 90 days of start date.)Where You'll Work
