Description A Medical Practice in Santa Monica is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Medical Front Desk Receptionist to support the day-to-day operations of a busy medical office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring their experience is seamless and welcoming. Our healthcare organization is seeking an individual who has at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment to join our team! Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and detail oriented demeanor. Manage and coordinate appointment scheduling to ensure optimal patient flow. Perform insurance verification to confirm coverage and benefits prior to appointments. Handle patient inquiries and assist with resolving any issues related to appointments or insurance. Ensure accurate data entry of patient information into the system. Assist with other administrative duties as needed to support the office's daily operations. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare front office role. Proficiency in patient appointment scheduling and insurance verification processes. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in Spanish and familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) is a plus.
