Description We are looking for an organized and personable Medical Front Office to join a neurosurgery office in Los Angeles, California. This Medical Front Office position offers an opportunity to collaborate with a board-certified neurosurgeon and a dedicated clinical team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care. Responsibilities: • Schedule patient appointments, follow-ups, and procedures with precision and timeliness. • Serve as the primary communication liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and the neurosurgeon. • Maintain accurate and secure patient records while adhering to clinic policies and confidentiality standards. • Verify insurance coverage, manage authorizations, and assist patients with billing inquiries. • Oversee daily clinic operations, including exam room preparation, supply management, and coordinating the provider’s calendar. • Provide administrative support to the neurosurgery team, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction. • Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, addressing patient concerns and inquiries. • Ensure the clinic environment is welcoming and organized to support a positive patient experience. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or medical office roles, preferably in a specialty clinic. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient care. • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is highly preferred. • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. • Experience with concierge services or customer service in a medical setting is a plus. • Adept at data entry and organizing files with attention to detail.
