Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
+ Creating a Positive First Impression: Greet and assist patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
+ Managing Appointments: Answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and coordinate patient records with the utmost accuracy.
+ Providing Support: Act as a liaison by addressing patient inquiries related to office policies and procedures.
+ Streamlining Office Operations: Tackle various administrative and organizational tasks to maintain smooth office functionality.

Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in a medical front office or receptionist role.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and patient scheduling processes.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as Cerner or Epic.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• All candidates are required to complete necessary pre-employment evaluations.
