This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent patient care. The role requires a reliable individual who can handle administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming environment for patients. Responsibilities: • Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for patients to ensure proper coverage. • Schedule appointments efficiently while managing patient inquiries. • Document patient medical histories, vital signs, and laboratory test results accurately. • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for office supplies to support daily operations. • Assist physicians by processing prescription prior-authorizations and managing refill requests. Requirements • Proficiency in patient scheduling and handling front office responsibilities. • Previous experience in receptionist duties within a medical setting. • Familiarity with patient check-in processes and basic medical terminology. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle administrative demands. • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff.
