In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering essential at-home medical supplies and equipment to patients throughout the Columbus, GA area. You will ensure that items are handled with care, delivered on time, and that excellent customer service is provided to all patients and healthcare partners.
ResponsibilitiesSafely pick up, transport, and deliver medical supplies and equipment to residential patientsVerify delivery instructions and ensure accurate documentation and signaturesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehiclePractice strong infection control and hygiene standards during all deliveriesInteract with patients and families in a professional, courteous, and compassionate mannerReport any delivery issues or patient concerns to supervisors promptlyPerform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs24-hour on-call schedule every 4 to 5 days Qualifications and RequirementsValid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)Ability to lift, carry, and transport items up to 50 lbsExcellent communication and customer service skillsPrevious experience in medical delivery, courier services, or logistics (preferred)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accuratelyComfortable working independently and managing delivery routes efficientlyMust pass a background check and drug screenBenefits and Perks$15/hr starting payHealth, Dental, Vision & 401KWeekly pay via direct deposit or pay cardOpportunity to contribute to meaningful, patient-centered workSupportive team and opportunity for internal growthYour New OrganizationJoin a company that values its employees and provides competitive compensation.
