This role is responsible for the development and execution of medical education programs intended for Early Career orthopedic surgeons. This includes fellows, residents and surgeons in their first few years of practice.
How You'll Create Impact Supports the team in collaborating with key stakeholders to develop strategic medical education plans based upon identified needs.Develops curriculum related to the safe and effective use of Zimmer Biomet’s products and associated surgical techniques.Leads execution of didactic, cadaveric, virtual and large-scale training events.Assists in building the academic calendar by undertaking discovery with internal and external stakeholders, deploying a needs-assessment, and identifying suitable educational events that address the unique needs.Manages digital and printed content development for owned programs and events. Digital content may require collaboration with vendors and internal team members.Develops promotional plans, collateral and communications to drive surgeon attendance for educational events.Manages budget for assigned eventsWith direction, can perform competitive analysis related to medical education programsAssists team in assimilating and synthesizing information from various groups including marketing, field sales, and customers.Works with orthopedic tradeshow organizations to plan and execute industry side events.

Expected Compensation Range: $71,500 to $85k plus bonus
