As the **_Med Ed Manager for Rheumatology at J&J Immunology Spain,_** you will craft and execute a comprehensive Med Ed Strategy. Your efforts will empower Healthcare Professionals to make more informed decisions regarding patient care within critical therapeutic and disease areas important to our organization!
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Strategy Development:** Define and implement the strategy for specific therapeutic areas as part of the Country Value Team (CVT), ensuring alignment with the Life Cycle Management (LCM) of these areas.
+ **Educational Needs Assessment:** Identify and address educational needs by creating a Medical Education Plan with guidance and approval from the Medical Education Steering Committee (MESC).
+ **Data Integration:** Incorporate product evidence and align with the unmet medical needs in the targeted therapeutic areas.
+ **Impact Enhancement:** Strengthen the influence of scientific information on healthcare professionals' clinical practices and conduct driven analyses based on scientific evidence.
+ **Networking and Communication:** Foster active communication and collaboration with EMEA Medical Education leads to ensure alignment and address local needs. Tailor scientific statements to resonate with the target audience.
+ **Educational Development:** Collaborate with select third-party partners to design and deliver high-quality educational materials. Organize and engage in various Medical Education activities, including speaker training and program development
**Qualifications**
Education:
+ Required: Scientific degree (e.g., Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical, or Natural Science).
**Experience and Skills**
+ 5-7 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Education, or similar fields.
+ In-depth knowledge of therapeutic areas combined with a strong scientific attitude.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leading specialists. Proven track record to focus on customer needs and drive business results.
+ Capability to lead and guide initiatives within a fast-paced environment, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance.
**Preferred:**
+ Experience in strategic planning and execution within Medical Affairs, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital educational formats.
+ Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
**Other Requirements:**
+ **Language:** Proficiency in **English and Spanish** is essential.
+ **Travel:** Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for congresses and events (30%-40%).
+ **Vehicle Requirements:** Valid driver’s license.
