The Medical Education Lead will support the development and execution of strategic Medical Education programs across the Spine & CMF business. This role is responsible for implementing key MedEd initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.
This role is hybrid in Canada, and there will be an in office requirement at Stryker's Waterdown, Ontario Canada offices.
What you will do:
Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperationResponsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s Values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance.Manage marketing and sales promotions for a specified product line, including brand development and managementCollaborate with Product Managers to develop a detailed, strategic and targeted plan for the Medical EducationResponsible for creating and executing medical education strategy with regards to event trade show planningManage and coordinate all third-party educational grant activitiesResponsible for medical education strategy with regards to local and international Surgical Observations/Mentorships and International Surgeon TrainingPlay a lead role in planning surgeon led Speakers Bureaus designed to educate current health care professionals on the safe and effective use of Stryker productsProvide all planning and logistics support to the Marketing team for Medical Education programs including; budget creation, developing publications, registration, agenda, managing onsite product and personnel requirements and logisticsCollect market intelligence and evaluate trends in assigned market segments to determine competitive threat or competing technologiesEngage in regular field visits to support customer and sales rep educationEstablish productive business relationships with the International Marketing groupsCoordinate with the Operations group to continually improve the Customer ExperienceAssist marketing team in sales support and support customer presentations and discussions, including conferencesWhat you will need:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree required
4+ years of work experience required
Preferred:
MBA preferred
Medical Education or Marketing experience preferred
Event planning or logistics experience preferred
Med Device experience preferred
$88,100.00 - 117,400.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 20%
