Medical Education Associate (Hybrid)
Work Flexibility: Hybrid

*This role will require heavy travel where the candidate will be expected to be at events nationwide, at least 3x/month, 2-5 days at a time.

The Medical Education Associate is responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, management, and execution of Stryker’s educational programs and resources. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing departments along with cross-divisional partners, to ensure a first-rate learning experience. The position also develops relationships with key customers, key opinion leaders, and vendors to provide safe and effective use training.

Basic understanding of marketing/sales-related event coordinationBasic product and procedural knowledgeBasic understanding of the competitive landscapeGeneral understanding of key customer groupsBasic understanding of educational program designStrong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communicationSupport the coordination of Medical Education courses and programsBasic understanding of how we deliver trainingGather data and information from Medical Education programsUnderstand our medical education and business strategyUnderstand our budgeting processUnderstand customer profiles, including why we engage KOLUnderstand training and Medical Education workstreamsUnderstand why and how we listen to our customersAwareness of internal branding guidelinesAware of commonly used internal communication tools

What you need

Bachelor’s degree requiredExcellent presentation and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelinesAbility to be persuasive in the absence of organisational authority
