As a Medical Education Associate with Stryker’s Orthopaedic Instruments team, you will be at the center of creating impactful training experiences that empower surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. You’ll collaborate with dynamic teams across sales, marketing, and clinical functions, coordinate hands-on events and programs, and play a key role in bringing our innovative solutions to life.
What You Will Do:
Coordinate and support medical education courses, events, and training programs.Coordinate and support OI equipment logistics at local, regional, and national events.Develop a foundational understanding of products, procedures, customers, and the competitive landscape.Assist in designing and delivering engaging educational programs that align with business strategy.Collect and analyze data from medical education activities to provide insights for continuous improvement.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with internal branding, communication, and budgeting processes.Support the creation of training materials while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and tools.Contribute to team initiatives by listening to customer feedback and applying learnings to program design and delivery.WHAT YOU NEED:

Bachelors degreePreferred
Internship experience related to marketing, sales, or healthcare.Internship or previous experience event planning and coordination Internship or experience supporting or coordinating clinical/medical education programsFamiliarity with healthcare environments, surgical procedures, or medical device industryTravel Percentage: 30%Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
