Summary:
As a Materials Coordinator at Stryker, you will be a vital part of the warehouse operations team, responsible for the efficient receipt, identification, storage, handling, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Your duties will include processing both inbound and outbound shipments (as needed), maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the timely and accurate receipt and storage of goods. You will also evaluate, sort, and manage product return orders from Sales Representatives. This role demands a strong understanding of warehouse procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment to support overall logistics and supply chain functions.
What You Will Do:
Read manufacturer engineering drawings to differentiate product attributesProcess batch management entriesMonitor pending disposition inventory (Scrap and FedEx Returns)Enter and process return orders (including Scrap and FedEx Returns)Examine, stock, and/or distribute goods in inventory and/or other areasMaintain thorough understanding of material flow from incoming inspection to final packagingIdentify and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues independentlyTroubleshoot and maintain warehouse processing accuracyDevelop expertise in SAP and internal warehouse processesProvide support to the returns and distribution teams as needed
