Work Flexibility: Onsite

We are looking for a dependable and professional Medical Device Driver to join our team. In this vital role, you will operate a company vehicle to deliver and retrieve medical devices from hospitals and surgery centers throughout the Sacramento area. This is a day shift position, scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

To ensure your success, training will be provided during your first three months, with training hours set from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This role is critical in supporting surgical teams with timely and accurate delivery of essential medical devices.

What you will do

Represent Stryker by delivering and distributing products to hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices while providing excellent customer serviceManage inventory accuracy through tracking, cycle counting, and utilization of loaner kits and warehouse stockPrepare, ship, receive, and schedule timely deliveries and returns of products, including answering customer questions and coordinating with branch staffLoad, unload, and inspect containers for sterility, completeness, and damage; arrange products for transport and organize them at customer sitesSafely operate company vehicles, including performing routine maintenance, inspections, and keeping detailed service recordsNavigate delivery routes using maps or GPS and adjust routes as needed to ensure timely deliveriesMaintain cleanliness and organization of supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to meet safety and compliance standardsAccurately complete delivery records, customer receipts, kit inspections, and escalate customer issues or complaints to the appropriate branch personnel

What you need

Required Qualifications

0+ Years of experience requiredMust possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictionsMust have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbsMust have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend(s) and evening(s) as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in delivery, warehouse, inventory, logistics, customer service, or medical field experience preferred

Travel Percentage: 10%
