Calling all assemblers, machine operators and packagers seeking to work with a growing Medical Device Company!** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team dedicated to the manufacturing of medical devices, including catheter assembly under a microscope. Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. **Responsibilities** + Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Line Clearance, Work Instructions, assembly methods, product handling methods, production drawings, Good Documentation Practices, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Safety requirements. + Successfully complete training on production tasks, understand travelers/routers, identify materials, and use a microscope and production/inspection tools and equipment needed for product builds. + Operate tools and equipment, and complete documentation as required. + Perform equipment set-up, operation, and in-process inspection to accomplish assigned tasks. + Work directly with Engineers and Supervisors to ensure product integrity and quality is met at all times. + Collaborate with Engineers to develop process documentation. + Perform inventory counts. + Other duties as assigned, following verbal instructions regarding tasks to be performed. **Essential Skills** + Experience in assembly, inspection, and manufacturing operations. + Proficiency in using a microscope for assembly tasks. + Strong communication skills. + Ability to adhere to SOPs and Line Clearance procedures. + Experience with working with adhesives, such as different Loctite. + Familiarity with EFD dispensers and UV curing systems. + Experience in catheter manufacturing and cleanroom production. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 1-3 years of regulated manufacturing experience. + Hands-on experience in manufacturing, production environment, or prototyping. + Manufacturing of catheter products is a plus. + Ability to use required safety equipment when performing lab work. + Prior microscope and medical assembly experience. + Prior cleanroom experience. + Ability to understand and perform in-process inspection to assure workmanship and quality of in-process medical devices. **Why Work Here?** Join a start-up environment offering ample opportunity for growth and development. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
