Shift Details:
This is a full-time position with a Monday through Thursday schedule, from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Friday overtime may be required as needed.

Candidates should have a good history of attendance, clean background check and pass a drug test prior to start.
Base pay rate : $23.85/hr

Responsibilities:
Assemble medical devices on two or more product lines, consistently meeting or exceeding quantity standards.
Understand and explain our Quality System Policies and written line procedures.
Complete and maintain accurate written records of manufacturing operations on production documentation, including Device History Records, Data Sheets, and Lot Control.
Understand and carry out instructions from supervisors or leads regarding priorities, work schedules, special assignments, and job standards.
Adapt to changes in procedures and learn new procedures due to product line and technology modifications.
Cross-train on various product line operations as needed.
Assist Assembler III or Leads with training procedures.
Apply general understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles to help improve established metrics.
Proactively inform leads or supervisors of material shortages.
Maintain a safe work environment by following good housekeeping and safety guidelines and policies (e.g., ergonomics, job rotation, stretching exercises, tool handling, and preventive maintenance).
Maintain acceptable attendance standards and work overtime and varying shifts as needed.
Use time effectively and constructively, avoiding distractions and staying in the work area.
Volunteer in Shared Leadership activities such as Kanban Management, Calibration, and Metrics Board Maintenance.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Skills:
1-2 years of previous medical device assembly or ISO-certified assembly experience.
Knowledge of Good Documentation Practice, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Lean Manufacturing.
Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, email, or in person with supervisors, leads, and team members.
Basic MS Windows skills and site-specific PC programs.
Experience operating manufacturing and measurement equipment such as microscopes, test equipment, EFDs, ultrasonic welders, soldering irons, dial calipers, pressure gauges, and rulers.

High School

1-4 years

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (or 2-3 years of previous medical device assembly or ISO-certified assembly experience in lieu of a diploma).
Ability to understand verbal and written work instructions.
Basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow cleanroom practices and procedures.
Ability to perform repetitive work according to set procedures, sequence, and pace.
Fine motor skills and a high degree of dexterity and eye coordination to work with and assemble small parts and subassemblies using both hands.
