Medical Device Assembler
**Job Title: Assembler - Temecula** **Job Description** This position is responsible for the production of high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a manufacturing cell. The role involves detailed assembly and operation of various equipment and machinery following documented procedures. Tasks may include electronic assembly, casting/coating functions, mechanical assembly, and packaging. The work environment is a controlled cleanroom, requiring the use of microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, adhesive bonding, and other equipment. **Responsibilities** + Assemble medical devices and related components following detailed procedures. + Clean tools and equipment as per documented guidelines. + Perform visual inspections and precision measurements on components and assemblies. + Conduct tests on units using computerized test equipment. + Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools. + Package devices ensuring all parts are accurate and documentation is complete. + Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and address quality issues. + Follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate safety devices and equipment during operations. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in assembly and operation of machinery. + Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably medical device production. + Ability to work in a cleanroom environment. + Familiarity with precision measurement tools and computerized test equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Basic proficiency in English. + At least 6 months of manufacturing experience. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive work environment with a generous $500 bonus for referrals who successfully integrate into the team. Global Gowning Procedures apply, and the wearing of makeup, false eyelashes, or jewelry is not permitted. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Temecula, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
