Medical Device Assembler
Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembler

Job DescriptionJoin our team as a 2nd Shift Assembler, where you will utilize your skills in a dynamic and growing environment. This role involves working on a contract-to-hire basis, with the possibility of extension beyond the initial year or 18 months. As an assembler, you will contribute to the production of medical devices that play a crucial role in healthcare.All candidates MUST be open to Overtime during the weekdays and open to working Saturdays when needed.6 Openings- 2nd shift 3:45 start time or 3:30pm-12:00am ( midnight)ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsMicroscope experience.Small part assembly expertise.Strong communication skills.Ability to work with microscopes for 90% of the shift.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum 6 months high volume small part assembly experience with a microscope.Experience in medical device assembly and cleanroom environments.Proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, calipers, and micrometers.High school diploma or equivalent.Why Work Here?Our company offers a supportive and growing work environment with great benefits upon permanent hire. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.50/hr.
