Job Description
Join our team as an Assembler for the 1st Shift, working Monday through Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm. In this role, you will be responsible for buffing, polishing, trimming, assembling, and packing medical devices, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble and check medical devices following strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), specifications, and procedures.Perform various assembly process steps at multiple workstations throughout manufacturing line rotation, including manual assembly, bonding, and torque application.Execute primary packaging process steps, including pouching units with labeling raw materials.Conduct in-process quality inspections and checks, including visual inspection of devices and packaging materials, and air flow testing.Document actions, data, or results regarding manufacturing processes according to Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities to ensure product quality.Clean and organize manufacturing equipment, tools, and supplies.Essential SkillsManufacturing experience in cleanroom environments.Manual dexterity and good vision.Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing procedures.Strong communication skills in English.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.At least 3 to 6 months of manufacturing experience.Ability to pass visual acuity test (20x25 corrected vision) and Particulate Matter Certification.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.20 - $20.20/hr.
