Medical Customer Service Rep

A Day in the Role:
+ For the Contact center- when they go live on SBO, they will bringing over a large amount of payment plans - we will need CSRs to help contact patients and update their credit card information to put it back into the new systems - it is NOT transferring over
+ The credit card information if they are on a re-occurring payment plan is tokenized - we need to update that payment information to then put it in the new system
+ Need to be able to communicate this with finesse to not freak out patients
+ Several thousand patients will need to be contacted
+ Phones open at 8 AM close at 4:30 PM
+ Work que in EPIC where they have these payment plans that have fallen out of the transfer so we know who to contact
+ The CSRs will reach out to these patients to help offer a payment plan and offer the terms
+ They will also handle inbound calls - questions coming in - help with the overflow of patients
+ Their plans will be grandfathered it, but if they were on Autopay we will have to re-establish the autopay - which is what this team will mainly be responsible for
+ EXPERIENCE WITH EPIC!
Requirements:
+ 2+ years experience in Customer Service and Data Entry
+ Medical Experience is a plus!
+ Diploma or GED required
+ Workspace FULLY REMOTE!!

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
