_About the job_ **Main responsibilities:** _-_ _Provide strategic operation input for data gap analysis and Independent Expert Group Program (IEGP) for assigned therapy areas as needed_ _._ _-_ _Develop clinical study planning according to agreed business priorities_ _._ _-Lead medical studies, including Company Sponsored Study (CSS) & External Sponsor Research (ESR), global and local review process._ _-_ _Work_ _on overall study execution, including vendor management to make sure_ _on-time delivery of all study key milestones, identify and eliminate potential risks of study delays_ _meet the commitment KPIs with/without CSO._ _-_ _Track study status and update monthly performance reports_ _._ _-Manage External Sponsor Research (ESR) from proposal/protocol review, contract, study progress follow up and payment, and etc._ _-_ _Ensure compliant management of all ISS/CSS status and documents in required systems_ _._ _-_ _Liaise with Medical, CSO, and global cross-functional teams to ensure proper planning and execution of medical-funded studies according to business priorities, agreed timelines, and budgets_ _._ _-_ _Budget Evaluation & Management_ _:_ _budget evaluations_ _and_ _review_ _,_ _budget transfers and increases, and budget follow-up_ _and identify potential issues_ _and s_ _erve as contact person for Controlling, CSU, CSO, global line functions_ _and etc._ _-Ensure compliance, governance and risk management of responsible studies, including internal audit, internal control and related activities._ _-Support for external key stakeholders’ study operation related communication as need._ _-_ _Undertake other_ _tasks_ _as required_ _._ _About you_ **Education** : _Master’s degree in medicine_ _/ biology_ _or above_ **Experience** : + _8 years above working experience in pharmaceutical/CRO industry_ + _Minimal 4 years of clinical trial management, preferable specialized in medical affaire study, including Company RWE study, ISS and etc._ + _Minimal 2 CRO experience._ + _independent project management experience with at least 6 projects lasted for 1 year, and with more than five different stakeholders_ + _PMP is preferred_ **Core competencies:** + _Excellent spoken and written English and mandarin_ + _Good cross-function coordination and communication skills_ + _Influencing, communication_ + _Planning and Organising_ + _Quality Orientation_ + _Building Partnership_ + _Initiative and leadership_ **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
