**Description:**
**Position Purpose:**
Saint Francis Hospital is looking for a **receptionist** to join our **Medical Clinic** . The Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to all patients and clients.
**What you will do:**
+ greets patients, verifies registration information, confirms insurance information, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
+ Answers multi-line phone and triages calls
+ Scheduling appointments and procedures for exams and procedures
+ Performs clerical and secretarial tasks to support the department
+ Assists Medical Assistant and works with other staff members to ensure the efficient and effective operation of clinic.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ 1 years' experience in healthcare preferred.
+ Basic computer abilities.
+ Excellent written, oral communication and customer service skills.
+ Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
+ Ability to manage multiple phone lines simultaneously.
