Job Description
This role involves supporting flu vaccine clinics during the 2025–2026 season. Medical Assistants will assist nurses, support patient flow, maintain supply levels, document in EPIC, and ensure smooth clinic operations. Clinics may serve 500–600+ patients daily, and flexibility across four locations is required.

Work will be conducted in outpatient community flu and COVID vaccine clinics across four locations: Palo Alto, Burlingame, Daly City, and San Carlos. Each site features multiple vaccine stations, with adult and pediatric clinics available. Free and easy parking is available at all sites. Clinics may operate late on Thursdays (10 AM – 7 PM). Medical Assistants may need to cover different sites on short notice.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
