**Position Summary:** Performs venipuncture, obtains urine samples, performs EKG's, and performs clerical duties. * Performs venipuncture and capillary draws with minimal pain * Performs EKG's * Performs clerical duties, i.e. charges, ordering, filing * Obtains urine samples from patients * Assists patient flow, directions, reassembles room * Helps with vital signs as assigned and direct patient care * Performs spirocare and TENS unit instruction **_Required:_** + Graduate of accredited school of Medical Assistant, or 1 year of Medical Assistant experience. + High school diploma or equivalent + Previous clerical experience + BLS certification within 3 months of hire **_Preferred:_** + Phlebotomy experience/certification + Experience performing EKG's **Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans**
