**Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant - Temporary Project** **Adecco Healthcare & Life Science** is seeking dedicated **Phlebotomists / Medical Assistants** for a temporary project with a medical screening partner in **Commack NY** . We're looking for professionals to assist with a large-scale, short-term screening event. **Project Details** In this role, you will play a crucial part in the medical screening process. Key responsibilities include: + **Blood Collection:** Drawing blood from patients using various techniques (venipuncture, capillary puncture). + **Specimen Handling:** Properly labeling, storing, and preparing blood samples for transport and analysis. + **Patient Care:** Ensuring patient comfort and safety during blood draws, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns. + **Duration:** Monday, August 25th - Friday, September 19th + **Shift:** Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM on the first day) + **Location:** Commack NY **Compensation & Benefits** The anticipated hourly wage for this position is **$22 - $25** , depending on factors such as experience, education, and other qualifications.
