Compensation
+ Local Pay (within 50 miles): $32/hour
+ Travel Pay Package: $1,500 weekly gross
+ Equivalent to $37.50/hour
+ Includes weekly travel stipends
Available Schedules (4×10 Morning Shifts)
We are hiring two Medical Assistants for morning-shift 4×10 schedules:
+ MA #1: Monday–Thursday
+ MA #2: Tuesday–Friday
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, certified Medical Assistants to support a hospital setting in South Bend, WA. These positions are ideal for dependable, patient-centered professionals looking to join a collaborative clinical team for a short-term contract assignment.
Responsibilities
+ Assist providers with clinical tasks, exams, and procedures
+ Perform patient intake: vitals, history, documentation
+ Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical cleanliness
+ Administer approved medications per WA MA-C scope (if certified)
+ Support care coordination and patient flow
+ Accurately document in EMR systems
+ Follow all hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
+ Active Washington State Medical Assistant Certification (MA-C)
+ Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience (preferred in hospital or acute care, but all considered)
+ Current BLS/CPR
+ Ability to work a consistent 4×10 morning schedule
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work within a fast-paced clinical environment

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical Assistant responsible for performing duties under the direction of a physician to assist in the examination and treatment of patients.
Minimum Requirements:
+ High School diploma or its equivalent
+ Good telephone communication skills
+ Knowledge of medical terminology
+ Knowledge of medical procedures
+ Knowledge of clerical functions
+ Current CPR card (if applicable)
+ Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
+ Current Health Certificate (if applicable)
+ Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program; certification preferred
+ Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.
+ Relevant certification/ license if applicable.
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
